Juliet founded Africa Retreat Centre with a clear conviction: that East Africa deserves a mental health and addiction treatment facility that is compassionate, clinically rigorous, and built to last. Drawing on her academic grounding in both organisational and community psychology from Makerere University, and her formative experience at a leading mental health and addiction centre in Nairobi and within a non-profit focused on substance abuse recovery, Juliet brought together a team of specialists and created ARC from the ground up. She provides steady, visionary stewardship as ARC continues to open new frontiers in mental health treatment across the region.
