Dr. Kwagala brings a rare combination of clinical depth and research rigour to ARC’s medical leadership. A Psychiatrist with a strong specialisation in addiction psychiatry — particularly opioid use disorder and its intersection with chronic illness and adolescent mental health — she is committed to improving outcomes through evidence-based interventions, research and advocacy. A mentee of the Africa Global Mental Health Institute and an alumna of both the African College of Neuropsychopharmacology and the Africa Mental Health Leadership Programme, she brings international-standard clinical leadership to every patient’s care.
