John Emoru is a Personal trainer/Group wellness coach. At Africa Retreat Centre, Moses assess customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and creates customized workout plans. He provides physical and mental guidance and monitors clients’ progress on a regular basis as they train towards their physical fitness goals. ‘My job is to teach people how to take care of their physical health in order to help them live better, longer lives. And I frequently witness that producing noticeable improvements in mental health.’
