Isha leads ARC’s multidisciplinary team and oversees the delivery of the Eight-Week Integrated Inpatient Programme with a quality of insight that is rare in any treatment setting. Certified as an Addiction Care & Treatment Specialist and trained directly in Compassionate Inquiry, Isha brings both the clinical rigour and the lived wisdom that only come from over 15 years of personal recovery. He understands addiction — professionally and experientially — in a way that shapes every programme ARC delivers. As Chairman of the Addiction Prevention and Rehabilitation Association of Uganda (APRAU), he is also a leading voice in the broader movement for recovery across the country.
